2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer and are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, carrier rates, customs duties, taxes, or other unforeseen costs. Final charges may vary.

3. Shipment Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment details, including contents, weight, dimensions, value, and documentation. Best Cargo Logistics is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Customs Clearance

Customs clearance services are provided based on documents supplied by the customer. Any fines, penalties, delays, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation shall be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Liability

Best Cargo Logistics acts as a logistics service provider and is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs inspections, strikes, or acts of God. Liability, if any, is limited as per applicable international conventions and carrier terms.

6. Insurance

Cargo insurance is not included unless specifically requested by the customer in writing. We strongly recommend insuring all shipments against potential loss or damage.

7. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid within the agreed credit period. Best Cargo Logistics reserves the right to withhold cargo or services in case of overdue payments.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

Customers must ensure that shipments do not contain prohibited or restricted items under local or international laws. Any consequences arising from shipping such items will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
